The cuisine of Gubbio includes the intense taste of white truffles, a condiment sauce for all kinds of pasta, which, even today, are produced in strict compliance with ancient techniques. In addition to truffles, there are many other excellent products used for the preparation of tasty dishes based on meat, cold cuts, cheese and vegetables.
